Meet chef Surbhi Sahni of TAGMO!

The chef-owner of NYC’s Indian mithai shop TAGMO, award-winning chef Surbhi celebrates India’s diverse food cultures, home cooking traditions, and modern Indian cuisine.

Surbhi has been featured in various publications including Oprah Magazine, Wine Spectator, and Food & Wine. She holds a bachelor's degree in hotel management from India's Manipal School of Hotel Administration as well as a master's degree in food studies and food management from New York University.

It’s important for me to bring all the facets of who I am to my business and to watch how it attracts others like me.
